kt222 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed. Where a balance exists at the time of account closure due to a Terms violation, kt222 may withhold that balance pending investigation. All decisions made by kt222 in relation to prohibited conduct are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability and Amendments

kt222 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kt222 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the platform, its games, and the accuracy of information displayed on kt222. kt222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by a player arising from their use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, game interruptions, payment delays, or account suspensions carried out in accordance with these Terms.
